Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is an elegant red wine which presents a clean and crystalline aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits, brushed with floral notes, mineral nuances, enveloping and silky tannins, and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is a red wine produced in the Alentejo wine region with red grapes of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah. After fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine remained in contact with fine lees for 6 months, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is a crystalline red wine with pure aromas of ripe red fruit, highlighting aromas of cherries and raspberries, along with delicate floral fragrances, round and soft tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
